Perk Company, Inc. is a local construction company with over 30 years of experience in concrete paving, bridge work, underground utilities rehabilitation and highway construction.
EXPERIENCE
At its inception in 1992, Perk Company, Inc. focused its marketing thrusts on concrete related projects. Over the past 11 years, the Company has diversified its work to include general contracting and new construction and complete roadway rehabilitation of streets drainage systems, sewer and bridges/structures working extensively for the Ohio Department of Transportation, City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga and Ashtebula Counties, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and over 40 cities in 4 counties.
Perk Company, Inc. has served well as a subcontractor working for most of the area's premier general contractors and construction managers. The Company is recognized by other contractors for its capability of providing a quality work product while maintaining a strong work ethic within its contracting practices.
Perk Company, Inc. employs unionized craftspeople including Cement Finishers/Masons, Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Carpenters and Ironworkers. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Perk Company, Inc. exceeds statewide goals for hiring minorities and females within its projects.

Facilities
Perk Company, Inc. functions with corporate offices and state of the art Maintenance Facility including welding/fabrication shop and Yard at 4994 Holyoke Ave., Cleveland Ohio.

The leadership of Perk Company, Inc. has complimentary management skills and technical knowledge contributing to the Company's growth and success.
Joseph Cifani is a third generation cement contractor with over 30 years of construction experience
from laborer/cement finisher to Project Superintendent.
Anthony Cifani brings more than 30 years of experience to the Company, holding positions including laborer, estimator, project manager and superintendent.
The company's full-time staff includes a Chief Estimator, Engineers, Staff of 4 Estimators/Project Managers, Director of Business Support and Human Resources, Contract Administrator, Safety Director, Controller, General Superintendents, Quantities Technicians, Surveyors and Officer Staff operating with its 150 plus Unionized Craftsmen.
